Teaching experience

I have been a trainer since early 2020, with experience giving both in-person and online classes to children and adults, ranging from beginner to intermediate levels.

Personally, I have worked with several trainers, thanks to whom I learned to train myself and others. It is important to have consistency and realistic medium-term goals. With determination and effort, you can achieve what you set out to do!

I am studying a double degree in Journalism and Audiovisual Communication.

Also, I conduct interviews on my YouTube channel, Ajedrez Artauro. There, you can enjoy interviews with Grandmasters such as Alan Pichot, Tomás Sosa, Daniel Pulvett, and also other strong players such as Jorge Rosito (Faustino Oro's trainer), Sabrina Vega (several times Spanish Champion) and Pablo Argüelles (famous streamer and youtuber 'El Capa'). There are also interviews with many young players with potential, some of them already Masters, like Rubén Fernández, Rebeca Jiménez, or Álex Garrido.

Best skills

I'm good at identifying the weaknesses and strengths of players, both my own and those of my opponents, and I apply it with considerable success in my games.

This skill is crucial for a good coach, who must help the student improve their weaknesses and maximize their strengths as a player.

Thanks to this, many of my students have been steadily improving their rating over time and are even more motivated than they were at the beginning.

Teaching methodology

I adapt to each student. Having worked for years with all age ranges and different levels, I have a lot of experience adapting to the particularities of each individual.

I create personalized training plans and, if the student wishes, I provide all the materials they need to work autonomously.

However, there's something common to all levels and ages that guarantees sustained improvement over time: motivation and consistency!
